Diagnosis.
Female/male. Labial palpus as long as glossa. Outer surface of galea mat and sculptured. Maxillary palpus as long as galea. Malar area shorter than A2. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum mat and sculptured. Propodeal triangle finely sculptured, as wide as metanotum, with marginal carinae.
Female. L=11mm. Clypeus densely punctate (iMale. L=10.5mm. Face with erect white hairs, narrow and black lateral fringe. A4-A12 slightly convex ventrally. Terga without apical hair bands, sometimes with few yellow, apical hairs. S5 with straight apical margin. S6 with apicomedian bushy hairs. Apicolateral process of S7 swollen. S8 nearly hairless, with apical area circle shaped. Gonostylus truncate apically, straight ventrally. Digitus rounded apically.
